Editorial standards

Toolminator publishes English guides, tool pages, and programmatic data views (such as Salary Explorer). This page explains how we decide what to publish and how we expect you to use outputs.

Helpful content, not doorways

Each indexed guide must answer a specific search intent with unique sections, FAQs, and a clear path to a free tool. We do not mass-produce near-duplicate URLs that only swap keywords in the title. Tool variants must change tone, examples, or presets—not just metadata.

Template and calculator tools

Generators compose text from local word banks in your browser unless a page explicitly describes a different model. Calculators and explorers use documented formulas or static datasets with limitations called out on the page. Nothing here is legal, tax, medical, or investment advice.

Availability and “not taken” intents

Username and handle suggestions are ideas only. We do not verify live availability on Instagram, TikTok, X, or other platforms. Always check the app before you rebrand or print materials.

Salary and compensation data

Salary Explorer figures are estimates from curated tables and public sources, updated on a schedule described in our salary methodology. They are starting points for negotiation and research—not payroll filings or offer guarantees.

Updates and corrections

We revise pages when formulas, UX, or SEO quality guidelines change. Report factual errors via the contact page. For privacy and file-handling practices, see Trust center and privacy policy.
